Thank you to all of our Striders who volunteered their time on Saturday, October 30th for a trail work day at the Mica Mine trail! We had 19 Striders participants and got a ton of trail work done during our half day session.

The Mica Mine trail sustained quite a bit of damage from heavy rains this year. Our work session focused on brush clean up, dead tree removal, rock work and route re-establishment. We completed all of our goals for the session and the group made a huge improvement to the trail with their efforts. We also had a lot of fun in the process!

Thanks again Striders volunteers!  Your efforts are appreciated by your fellow Striders, the BLM and all Mica Mine trail users.
