Beer Mile 2024

It was a lovely warm day for this year's edition of the Beer Mile. It wasn't quite classic "beer drinking weather" but we went through a lot anyway. Ian Rogers redeemed himself from last year, kept his beer down and cruised to a fast win in 7:45. Jen Landini is consistency incarnate: she took the win and did it in 9 minutes flat, the exact same result as last year. Each took possession of the Beer Mile travelling trophy to proudly display on their mantel or office until we do this again. Karen and Aaron get asterisks in their results because they just ran but didn't drink. Their race handicap was pushing their cute and thoroughly amused baby in the stroller. Thanks to our brave hosts Donnie and Jina for taking on this raucous crowd!
