Mesa Monument Striders advocates for clean trails, and promotes health and wellness to the community through various free runs and races throughout the year. A weekly run often consists of a swift jog through the stunning McInnis Canyons near Fruita, the Kokopelli Trails near Loma, or the various swirling trails of Lunch Loops in Grand Junction, followed by camaraderie, camp chairs, and a cold drink.
